On July 27, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Calhoun County Groundwater Conservation District 1) convened and held open the rulemaking hearing regarding the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District", 2) proposed revisions to the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District" as the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District - Version 20260727", and 3) instructed staff to accept, publish, and prepare the necessary notices for the Board to consider, on October 26, 2026, any new recommendations to revise the Rules of the District.
